Frequently Asked Questions

Scarlet Shadow is a relaxed, anime-inspired Discord gaming community designed to be a comfortable place to connect, play Minecraft, take part in organized community events, enjoy other casual games, spend time in voice/video calls, and forge genuine friendships.

Anyone who shares our values of kindness, respect, and casual camaraderie is welcome. While our members predominantly hail from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and across Asia, we welcome peaceful gamers and conversationalists from everywhere in the world.

None at all. Scarlet Shadow is strictly low-pressure. You can participate every day or drop in once every few weeks when you want to unwind. There are no activity quotas, mandatory meetings, or rank demands.

While Minecraft is our primary multiplayer focus, members regularly organize game nights for casual co-op titles, party games, multiplayer survival games, roguelikes, and voice call activities depending on member interests.

No! Many of our members join primarily for anime chats, creative media sharing, casual conversation, and relaxed voice lounges. Minecraft is one of many ways we connect, not a prerequisite.

Events are announced in our dedicated Discord #events channel in advance, complete with explicit dates, times, and timezone conversions (GMT+6 BST). Whitelist permissions and server coordinates are shared in the announcement thread. Participation is always free and optional.

Our moderation team operates with fairness, transparency, and empathy. Minor misunderstandings receive friendly guidance or temporary timeouts, while harmful behavior such as harassment, hate speech, or malicious griefing is handled with immediate zero-tolerance intervention.

If you ever encounter an issue, need assistance with server whitelisting, or wish to report a rule violation, open a private ticket in our Discord #support-ticket channel. Server leads Rayhan and Khalid, alongside our moderation team, will assist you promptly.
